I started 20 years ago managing rentals for 5 condos and up to 12 cleaning crews. I have dealt with all the guest calls day and night. Door or gate codes not working, wifi not connecting, and much more. Organizing and texting cleaners was another challenge. So we built the front desk + back office we wished existed — then opened it to every independent operator.
